Tekraj is proudly rooted in Nepal, a country renowned for Mount Everest and as the birthplace of Lord Buddha. His journey began with the Nepal Scouts during his school years, igniting a lifelong passion for community services. His tenure as Club President of the Lions Clubs of Nepalgunj Mid-Town Nepal (2016-17) profoundly influenced his dedication to leadership and community development.
He holds a Master’s degree in Management from Tribhuvan University, Nepal, and has 8 years of hands-on recruitment experience in Nepal, connecting exceptional candidates with outstanding organizations. In addition, he pursued a diploma in Pre-Health Science and earned certification as a Personal Support Worker from Conestoga College, Kitchener, ON. Currently, he is committed to providing exceptional patient care as a Clinical Assistant at Grand River Hospital.
Tekraj is honored to lead the Nepalese Canadian Community of Waterloo Region (NCCWR) as a Board President, fostering a strong sense of unity and celebrating cultural heritage.
