Equity, diversity, and inclusion are entrenched within our core values of respect & belonging, partnership & collaboration, good governance, Truth & Reconciliation, integrity & innovation, excellence & resilience.
These values create the standard for the need to make youth and staff feel respected, valued, empowered, and included for all aspects of their personhood. These values firmly stand against systemic racism, prejudice, discrimination, and injustice creating a just society.
